The room was large and spacious and very clean. The jacuzzi tub and walkin shower with the amazing shower heads exceeded our expectations.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean from your first step in the door, the elevators and pool area.

my flight was cancelled due to weather.
I asked for this booking to be cancelled at 7am. they were unable to “accommodate” that request. and I was charged the cancelation fee. which is how much the room was. this is extremely unprofessional and I will never ever book with holiday inn express
Really liked the place, we had a very comfortable stay. Staff were awesome and accommodated all guests well even though the place was fully booked. Would stay here again.
Nice easy drive to the West Edmonton Mall from the hotel; about 20 minutes with mostly highways.
Pleased well beyond expectations. Very comfy , clean and scrumptious breakfast also. Other guests also seemed quite happy. Would definitely be a repeat customer. We do not hotel it often, but enjoyed this very much. Thank you holiday inn Spruce grove.
This hotel is one our most favourite hotels ever! We loved the pool, the breakfast, the onsite restaurants, the room was spacious and comfortable and the hospitality touches at the entrance were lovely. The staff was excellent as well.

Great value for our money. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and clean and most importantly the hotel was quiet.
The breakfast was great too, lots of options and they were quick to restock items.
Breakfast was lacking. There was very little offered and the only hot food was toast. No paatries or bagels. All we had was coffee. I was impressed with the coffee, usually hotel coffee is grows.
The room was super clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.. and the staff were amazing as well. Will definitly stay at this hotel again..
The breakfast was sub par….the staff very unfriendly compared to other hotels we were in, and we travel tons. Could have let a lot more go had your staff been more helpful!
