Alain is a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to ensure his guests are happy. This included a cocktail served in his hot tub, arranging restaurant reservations and even extending an offer to join him and his friends for an evening meal. We booked the suite which was very large and took up the whole of the footprint of the property and furnished very comfortably. The pool and hot tub in the garden was a lovely place to relax after a days hiking. Breakfasts were varied, thoughtfully planned and delicious.

I liked most the activities I made in winter: walking through snow, dog sled ride, sledging, skiing or skating etc, the view is magnificent and you can get only by car. I recommend for eating Auberge Refuge de Trappeur -the delicious home made beef burger!
If it's a lot of snow you can do a lot of things!
