As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best Western Milton and Booking.com, I made an error when booking a hotel room for my Dad, and he actually needed me to book at a different Best Western.
I called the hotel and booking.com within 5 minutes of booking, before any card was even charged, and no one was able to give me grace and cancel my booking. I know there are policies in place, but when someone makes a mistake like this and tries to fixit right away, there should be a grace period, especially since my card had not even been charged yet.
Best Western Milton had horrible customer service. They said if Booking.com would refund them, the would refund me. Booking.com said the same thing about Best Western. Therefore, I know it was possible to cancel my booking but no one did.
After I wrote a bad review of Best Western they called me and told me they would look into it, and if they couldn’t refund me they would give me a credit.
I deleted my review and then the ghosted me. They would no return my call or emails or even respond to me to give me the credit the promised (in writing).
Bad experience. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Milton has lots of every day convenience which was helpful as where we stayed (Campbellville) had nothing. So the fact that we had Milton close by was a godsend!
Most of the people we connected with were friendly and helpful!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and a delight to deal with with comfortable beds and the restaurant has a good menu for munchies and tasty drinks.
We were travelling so did not get a chance to see the Milton sites but it is definitely worth going to Goodfellas Italian restaurant with a wood oven pizza.
So good.

There is also spring ridge farm and other farms for apple picking
Near to stables for those who enjoy horse riding

And 12-15 mins from oakville and 20 mins to oakville lakeshore on ontario lake

We were there for a wedding and we were very close to the reception hall. For us, it was a great location. We didn’t have to worry about restaurants or shopping because we spent our whole time at the wedding dinner and reception.
The Holiday inn hotels style is known and when you go there you already know what to expect. I was at the 5th floor and the last. Room are big and confortamble, new forrniture, big TV screen, Nice bathroom in modern styile and lighting. Good quality detergents available in the shower. Breakfast was self service and with some selection ....

Eggs were like plastic- certainly not real eggs. coffe was tasteless... nothing healthy even when it prétends to be nealthy. so all in all the hôtel is good but the breakfast is a no no. funny thing is I chose that hôtel because the breakfast was included- more practical for us. still- bécasse it was so bad we Chad to go somewhere else to est anyway.
The staff was exceptional at every encounter, front desk, breakfast, cleaning staff, everyone.
The breakfast was good, everything you need. The area to eat was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun and the gym was great, much better than a typical hotel gym.
There was a cold breakfast bag provided... was not to my liking. No juice or coffee. A boiled egg in a bag is not to a child's liking, nor a yogurt or apple. Other hotels offer the buffet breakfast, this hotel could do the same. This was disappointing.
Although I was there for only one night, this hotel would be perfect for short stays in Milton. Great suite, comfortable and all you would need for a kitchen (large fridge, dishes and even a dishwasher. The bonus is cream for your coffee not powder!
The property is located In a nice and modern area in Milton. The owner is a great person that takes care of guests and their needs.
We found a kind and helpful friend always supportive, not just a property owner.

The suite (and the hotel in general) was sparkling clean and well equipped. The staff always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was practical and excellent. The pool was very clean and well maintained.
The lady at front desk was very rude in the morning while checking out. She did not even have courtesy to offer us breakfast . Did not give us sugar for tea. Was very rude . I will never book this hotel again
