Lighting was awfully dark in the main area, but good in bathroom. Quiet from road noise but a bit noisy from other people, esp from showers and flushing. Easy to get to my room from elevator. Bed comfortable.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Our AC didn’t go lower than 70, we told the front desk and they had someone come up within 5 minutes to fix it for us.

For the price you would expect them to cut more corners, but they didn’t. Don’t let the reasonable price fool you. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, very clean, great warm breakfast included with sausage, eggs, pancakes and potatoes plus fresh fruits and your usual continental breakfast items. Bathroom is small, but brand new tub and toilet.
It was quiet both nights, which is just what we needed, as my husband had speaking engagements during the day! The bed was comfortable, and the room was lovely, with a fridge and microwave, and TV and plenty of drawer space. The staff were so friendly, and even had rags when I requested them! My husband totally enjoyed the breakfast, which was continental, and done COVID-style. The owner was really friendly and service was exceptional! We would totally come back here! It will be our main stay in Lacombe area!
They upgraded me to a suite!! Instead of putting in one of the CN workers, they gave me this fantastic suite with a jacuzzi!! So I had my spa experience this morning!

I was surprised a breakfast was included. The restaurant was clean, the service was fantastic and we were served a great eggs bacon and toast breakfast. So much better than the chain hotels.
