After 10 hours in the car, we checked into a fantastic suite! The room had a queen bed, couch pullout bed,and a separate room with a single bed with a trundle bed underneath. The suite had two TV’s which was unexpected and appreciated. Well appointed room with kitchenette and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good as well. Friendly staff. Will stay here again on our next trip through the area.

The place was easy to locate and the code that was emailed to us made it easy to enter. We brought food and prepared our own meal so did not visit any places in Edmunston. We used it merely as a stop over point for the night before continuing on our trip to Nova Scotia the next day. We would definitely stay there again.

Edmunston is a good break on the road between Nova Scotia and Montreal. The countryside around the town is attractive, and the people are very friendly. On a Monday night, however, it was difficulty to find a place to eat that wasn't fast food.

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it as a tour.

I met an old man passing by and he was very kind. The hotel staff was also very friendly.
Although the village itself is small, it is surrounded by paper mills, so the whole village smells strange and there are concerns about environmental pollution.
Since the snow had not melted yet, it had accumulated a lot, so I was able to infer that there must have been a lot of dust in the air.

We only stopped over night while traveling thru.
We only stopped over night while traveling thru. Normally we drive from Ontario to our home near bathurst in 1 day, but we got a late start and decided to stop for the night and finish the trip home in the morning.
I like that there are lots of restaurants, gas stations, etc in a small area. However, for travelers it's annoying that everything closes at 9 or 10.
The streets are a bit difficult to navigate, especially in the dark.
It's a beautiful area to drive through, mountains and rivers.
Didnt make it . Got lost and gps had no power left. I called hotel for directions and didnt get any help. He just said it's on your booking app but I had no phone data. They asked me to cancel hotel and ask for refund because it was past arrival time. I asked for refund and all I recieved was $20. We had to sleep on the side of the road with 2 dogs in the car til the gas station opened. Running out of gas trying to find the place. 11 hrs of travel at that point and no compassion from them.
Location is excellent! Right across from the Trans Canada trail, so the location is great for early morning runs. The hotel is close to the wonderful Botancial Gardens as well (see photo). It's right off the highway, so convenient for overnighting on a road trip. We arrived quite late after a long drive, and the warm, friendly reception was uplifting and just what we needed. 🙂
Welcoming owners or managers. Room was spacious with thoughtful touches such as useful sized bedside tables. Adequate floor space and TV was easy to access for the likes of us with limited technological expertise.
Centrally located in the pleasant community of Edmundston with plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby.
Quiet at night
The host was excellent, we made the booking upon arrival in Edmundston and the host provided us the entry code immediately. The suite was very private with excellent parking and tons of beds. There is an in suite washer and dryer, fridge, stove and coffee maker!
Good location halfway between Ottawa and our destination in Nova Scotia. Nice place to stop to break up the drive. Right off the highway. Not much around the hotel but a short drive to Edmundston. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.
A wonderful place to stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is impeccably clean. Edmundston is a beautiful town. We were fortunate to be there on the night of the annual Christmas parade!
Clean hotel, nice little bar main level, good food for breakfast, service was great always. Ample parking across the street. Close walk to other restaurants.
lots of room compared to hotel and really liked the large shower and tv selection. easy access to get in luggage and no hassle to get into the property
