The cheapest we could find. Free basic breakfast - two types of cereal, yogurt, and fruit cups. Though continental breakfast typically also includes pastries which would have been nice. Bed was comfortable!

Location is fine and the manager was very suspicious and thought my friend and I were drug addicts as a friend was murdered we were grieving his death and crying and bent over so noone could see our sorrow they stereotyped.us like homeless people. When we left she did a 20 minute inspection I'm.guesding to see if she could detect ashes or tin foild so she could cash in the 200 dollar damage deposit.. something I've heard is done at that hotel many times. The 200 dollar damage deposit is not refunded at a lot of hotels especially if your not well dressed and the hotels can get away with this. That makes the hotels more criminal.like than the people who stay at the hotel.
I work with the homeless and help.them when they need a warm something or water or a ride to.hospital or check.to.see if they have life in them when it's very cold.
The hotel also has cockroaches and there are glue traps hidden every where. Not recommended but would staying the only room left in Duncan

This is a perfect little spot to get away and relax. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable quiet little get away. They had everything you need, just bring your clothes and food, and you're good to go. There's a cool washer/dryer combo unit which we didn't use, but it's a great idea for a small place. We were very impressed with the slim induction cooktop - it was a new thing to us and it worked amazingly well! And there's a nice little place to sit outside, which we didn't do, but that's only because we were busy sight seeing.

Great little hidden gem - perfect when you’re doing the Pacific Marine Circle drive! Pool was great, the view is jaw-dropping, and the Cook and Butcher restaurant in the hotel is really high quality!
Hotel could use a little update, but it’s such a gem of a spot, the decor is easy to forgive.

Quaint little hamlet in the bay with houses on stilts over the tide line, a warf with house boats, great variety of restaurants and quaint boutiques and a With boat launch, ample parking and sea wall to die for. Something for everyone.

We enjoyed the beautiful bay, the blue skies and the marina. We definitely enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Sathian Thai food restaurant. Very good! There is free parking just north of the marinas on the bay side. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Cowichan Bay is a great little community with great food and people. The bay itself is beautiful both day and night and offers great opportunities for spectacular photos.
Definitely try the Rock Cod Cafe for seafood, they offer fresh food, a great view and awesome service.

A busy little town right on the ocean, loved walking along the shops, a little dangerous at times as the cars park on both sides of the road and sometimes we had to venture to the road to pass people due to 6ft rule. We ordered halibut burger and halibut fish and chips from the pub and they were the best halibut we ever had, highly recommend it, their beer batter is wonderful and very crispy!

We had beautiful sunny weather, unexpected for late November. We toured lots of colourful backroads as we followed our maps to various wineries. Not all are open this time of year but those that were gave us a fine experience. The historical center of Duncan has shops with very good inventory of sophisticated items not always found in smaller centers.
Beautiful place, fantastic location, easy to find. It was so well laid out. It is ultra modern and so comfortable. Very high-end finishes and appliances. Lots of lovely extras as well. Book this over a luxury hotel room, which would be twice the price. You will not be disappointed. It was also very quiet, and the owner was lovely and advised us where to eat. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you 😊
The Cube is an amazing place to stay!! Everything is beautiful, there's been so much attention to detail, it made our stay feel incredible!! The location is awesome, just outside the village of the stunning Cowichan Bay! Excellent accommodation with a personality, and Roz the owner is lovely. Can't recommend this place enough!! Will definitely return!!
Beautiful, bright apartment, elegantly furnished, very clean, spacious, comfortable. Quality towels, kitchen utensils, fire place. Stunning views. Very quiet, intimate yet only 10 min drive to Cowichan Bay village. 15-20 to Duncan.
This is the best alternative to the tired, stuffy, overpriced hotels in the area.
Great place to stay in the Cowichan Bay countryside if you're looking to get away from the city. You get the whole house to yourself and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the home was clean.
Fantastic location near all the Cowichan Bay amenities. We had a quiet room with a peek-a-boo view of Cowichan Bay. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was great. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
The Inn is very dated, but it was fine for us.
The hotel is very well located and surprisingly quiet. Check in was easy, good dinner recommendations. You can walk to the bakery and the restaurant from the hotel. Also easy access to the wharf to watch the boats.
Extremely clean and quiet rooms. Close to the local restaurants. I liked the huge Lighted mirror in the bathroom that had a heat function for for when it fogs up. Nice little patio to sit outside and enjoy the view.
absolutely spotless, friendly hostess, brand new accommodation. The hostess provided milk and cream for our morning coffee (also supplied). lovely sitting area. only 5 minutes out of popular and busy Cowichan Bay.
The location is amazing, every room has a view! Cowichan Bay is charming!
Keep in mind that due to the labour shortage in tourism, restaurants have reduced hours. Some are closed on Mondays/Tuesdays.
Many windows looking out onto Cowichan Bay, two balconies overlooking the water and a small third balcony facing the mountain. Much wildlife, especially birds. This is a beautiful property.
It’s an older property but very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to a good kids park and the other way to restaurants and ice cream. We had a kitchenette which was great.
Bed was not comfortable, view was very good, nice kitchen set up, value for money not good, high prices for an old hotel with some select upgrades in the room.
Location is great . It is an older property but room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the wharf.
