The whole room was more than we expected. If we had known there was a kitchen and a refrigerator we would have brought some groceries and made our own meal.

The space was great and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Cambridge. The digital key for access was also handy as I was arriving quite late, but was able to get my key prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again in future.

Everything was kept in nicer condition. 3 fully functional bathrooms allowed for the family to prepare to go out quickly. Indoor parking was a bonus. Easy access to 401, makes it a great spot to stop on route to somewhere, or to go something in the Kitchener/Cambridge area.

The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

I can't really complain but for the money it costs it sure...
I can't really complain but for the money it costs it sure could use some upgrades. But it was clean, staff was friendly, easy check in and out...Room was very quiet considering the 401 was right there.I love parking my vehicle right outside my door. Makes for easy loading and unloadng...Breakfast was the normal continental but no complaints.

Should have basic utensils like set of cutlery , a bottle of water for the guests' usage. When inquired about a universal charger or a power adapter same wasn't available. When guests travelling from other countries, these basic needs should be fulfilled.

As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not...
As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Key cards kept not working..had yo be rekeyed multiple times and opened multiple rooms. No breakfast as advertised. Overall very poor experience.

Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much.

The property is situated in the most beautiful little residential street with similar homes.
The garden grounds are delightful, full of nature plants but with a peaceful decking area. Sadly we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outside areas.
The basement has the most luxurious carpeting I’ve ever seen!
Great quality linen & towels and they were available in abundance. The basement appears to be recently renovated and the laundry facilities are excellent.
I liked that I was contacted that the hotel flooded but the quality inn we were switched too was not an ideal location and we had a horrible sleep thinking of bed bugs as stated on reviews. We did not have any bedbugs but won't stay there ever again. Front desk fella was very nice.
The property is conveniently located right off of the 401 with many options in the surrounding area for dining, shopping, nightlife, and more. The hotel staff were very nice. There’s also a beautifully updated restaurant on-site that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Staff were very courteous. Reported a leaking tub faucet and maintenance were prompt to check it out.

$30 cab ride to KYF, so it’s conveniently located for early morning flights.
The Location as expected was the number one reason for what I had to do. I liked the level of sound which was more than acceptable for the amount of people who were in the hotel at the time.
I was very disappointed with this motel.
I had a positive experience with other Super 8 motels but I will not stay in the super 8 anymore and will not recommend others as well.
This was a bright, clean and comfortable space.
It was brand new and so very welcoming and perfect for our needs after my son's wedding in the area.

The location is in a business area, so for romance you need to look further. However there is more then enough parking space and the staff is really nice.
