The top floor unit we rented was well furnished (very comfy bed) and quite large. The area is very close to Butchard Garden which is why we chose this property as we wanted to be able to take our time to visit the garden in detail. The location of the house/unit is in a very peaceful surrounding. Very quiet at night. We could also go for walks nearby. There are some restaurant and grocery stores in the nearby village (The Villages Pizza in Brentwood Bay was soo delicious).

The room will not be cleaned up unless stay over 3-nights. The rate was over priced. The restaurant does not have a good chief, food was disappointing. They can burn the french fries. There is no close-by restaurant except Buchart Garden, and the dinning room was fully booked.

Our room was excellent spacious and luxurious,yet still cosy and made us feel at home.
Beautiful property with excellent views of the marina and mountains. The hotel design was very appealing and the pool area was great, also with nice views. I liked the pub and breakfast. I had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The rooms were super cozy with fireplace and a nice balcony. I liked having a fridge. The staff was super nice and helpful. Free parking was nice. Having a Spa is very special
Great view of the bay. So comfortable and peaceful. Nicely appointed. We had a hot tub suite and were provided robes for all guests. Great restaurants... Both in service and food quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cider at check-in was a nice touch. Close to Butchart Gardens and not a far drive from Victoria. Plenty of parking and close to our room.
Excellent accommodation - large space with kitchenette, dining table and comfy couch. Quiet location a short drive to the main shopping area and lots of road-side stalls along the way. Host was incredibly helpful and readily available when needed. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends looking for accommodation in the Saanich/Brentwood bay area.

Lovely hotel on the water. Room was large, bed comfortable and the views are really lovely. Food at the pub was good and we hired kayaks for a couple of hours which was great fun and a brilliant way to see the Bay. The big jet bath with views through to the Bay was also a real treat.
We found the room very clean and appreciated the coffee, cream, yogurt and granola that were provided. It is a very quiet location, and the town of Brentwood Bay was close if we needed anything. We enjoyed the beautiful walks close by as well. We will recommend this accommodation!
Brentwood Bay is more beautiful and peaceful than expected. Next time my husband and I will stay longer.
The complimentary "welcome" cider on arrival was an extremely nice touch.
The one night we stayed, we ate in the Pub with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Beautiful, cosy and clean place In a very quiet setting. A deer came in the morning to greet us for breakfast outside. This has become our go to place when we are in Victoria. Wonderful and very friendly hosts.
The granola and yogurt and coffee cream were much appreciated. The location was great as we had planned visit the Butchart Gardens. Also, we enjoy taking the Brentwood Bay-Mill Bay ferry back to the island.
Frank stayed in touch to answer any questions we had. We never saw a soul yet we knew that he was nearby and available if we needed anything. Ours was a good size room, very clean and well stocked.
Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. The amenites were amazing; they have thought of everything you would need or want. The location is perfect - peaceful and quiet right on the marina.
everything!! this was a beautiful stay! the room and view were incredible and the hotel looked after us well. we especially loved the jacuzzi bath and view!
Although the backdrop is very nice, the hotel is located in a west north westerly direction, so the sun is almost not getting on the terrace of your room.
