It was like staying at a relative's house. Very cozy and comfortable home like stay. Breakfast (French Toast) was yummy. Wi-Fi was superfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was super clean! Had my pizza and wine in the living room while chatting about Newfoundland and other things with Aggie!

The keys were in the mailbox when we arrived but Paulette was there the assist us. Paulette was awesome and extremely helpful. The location was great as it was close to everything. The view of the dock and ocean from the balcony was great. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals. Bathroom was clean. There was a sewing kit and flashlight for us to use if needed. On-site laundry was a bonus. Cute little room with parking in the front.
The bowl of treats on the table was a fabulous touch. There were packets of oatmeal, Welch’s and cookies.

The area was jus beautiful, very gorgeous views. Very close when you’re travelling to other areas like Bonavista and Trinity Bay. The accommodations were not good, mostly the cleanliness of the house.

The property is in an area many tourists might not otherwise venture to, but then you know you're having an authentic experience! It's a good location for exploring Bonavista in particular, and even going to the pageant in Trinity, but the neighbour didn't recommend driving the roads at night as there are no streetlights to guide you home from a play and the moose are out and about. "Wolf Cove Retreat House" is perfectly named. I would definitely stay here again.
