Rooms where better then a condo. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one shocked us in the well appointed rooms, tastefully, large, private and peaceful view, two person bathtub, huge balcony, fireplace and shower. Staff extremely friendly as well.

They were very welcoming and friendly. They upgraded our room at no cost. Fairy lights made it really cheerful and easy to find. The pitcher of ice water was an extra nice touch for sweaty tired travelers

There were no bugs.
There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs.
The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

This whole experience has been creepy and crazy.
She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated

We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items.
Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.

Comfortable, room was nice, accommodations was good and on time, clean room, great Wi-Fi, good working t. V. Nice closets /wardrobes, fridge is good, there are also 2 comfy chairs. There is a microwave and tea/coffee maker with cups, teas and coffee's, clean water, sugar, cream, mixing supplies, there is also a blow dryer, lotion, shampoo, soaps, basically everything you need is here. You can check in in person or online through booking.com or on other sites. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
Remarkable continental breakfast: this is my 1st hotel which provides guests with gluten-free items and dairy-free alternatives! The dining area is kept clean and the attendant is continuously replenishing the items and offers extra options too!
The room has a very comfortable bed, the temperature is perfect for sleeping, and it is very clean.
They also provide pump toiletries in the room to minimize the waste.
Check-in in the middle of the night was no issue and quick, check out was 12pm!
Nothing the place was disgusting. It was run down and everything was in disrepair. We booked 5 rooms as we were going to a wedding nearby. We expected a decent hotel but this was far from it!!! The price of the rooms was exorbitant. There were no amenities in the rooms. No coffee machines. The whole hairdryer came out of the wall when you tried to use it. I was afraid to get into the bed for fear of bedbugs. The noise all night from the room above made it impossible to sleep.
Had a fantastic stay at this unit while on a business trip. Spacious, lots of light, tons of amenities in the kitchen, meticulously clean. The apartment is cozy, quiet, and has everything you need to feel at home. Galina was a fantastic host, had the keys ready when I arrived and was extremely friendly. I stayed at many bnbs before and I can say this one is one of the best. I am amazed that such places exist and will make sure to come back when I am visiting Abbotsford next!
Anita's Bed and Breakfast Had the cheapest price in Abbotsford , so I was really nervous about it being legit or not.
The breakfast photos also was surprising,

I called the day before check in and they had my reservation.
When I Got here, Anita herself did my check- in and everything was great! Totally worth it.
And her breakfast is a WOW.

The hotel was so nice and clean. We were able to check in early. We were in Abbotsford for a graduation. The location was perfect! Sounds silly, but we actually had our room cleaned without even requesting. Since covid,we still experience that with some hotels. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Price was perfect

The staff here were very accommodating and pleasant, though I did have some issues with being over billed on my credit card, which was corrected before I needed to call the hotel. Also, I did not receive an invoice for my stay, until I reached out to the hotel. They had previously told me one would be emailed to me at checkout.
THE HOTEL IS CLOSED FOR Renos. What a joke. You allow online bookings and confirm three days ahead of time via email only to have us arrive to an abandoned fenced off hotel on a night where every single hotel in Abbotsford was full due to sold out arena event. We ended up 25 minutes away in an air bnb.

Very very clean
Everything is so nicely setup. The bedroom is quiet big with 2 queen beds and a couch. The breakfast buffet was a lot of variety compared to the bigger hotels. Anita made some fancy omelets and it was a beautiful stay. I will definitely come back .

Clean and well maintained hotel with good amenities. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast had good choices. Fitness room is small but has necessary gym equipment. The hotel is quiet and located in an easily accessible location. Room was spacious with comfortable beds.
The breakfast was extraordinary. Eggs Florentine, fresh fruit, compote, home baked bread and bacon. Best "breakfast included" I have ever had.. The hotel has 6 rooms , each with a movie based theme. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Would come again...
The manager supported me when the booking.com employee and supervisor refused to give me a refund. They also told a name of a supervisor at the hotel who confirmed they would not give me a refund. When I called the manager directly she informed me this was false.
I was travelling with my dog. The hotel was easy to find, just off the freeway. The room had a ground entry room, good for travelling with pet. Hotel advertised as a 3 star. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Hotel was very clean. Rooms are newer and up to date furnishing. Has a white spot in the hotel and you get a discount on dinner and breakfast which was nice:) overall good hotel.
