I recently stayed at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Paro, Bhutan, for 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was extremely neat and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I need to make a special mention of the Hotel Manager, Karma Tsheten. He went above and beyond in helping me plan my itinerary in Bhutan, even beyond Paro. Karma truly cares about the tourists, ensuring their safety and comfort. He is the go-to person for any tour planning or travel-related questions within Bhutan. The breakfast at Silver Cloud is something not to be missed. It is delicious and offers a variety of dishes, making every morning delightful. Overall, my stay at Silver Cloud Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paro.

Finally, the manager (Gokul Ghalley) helped us with planning our daily itinerary(tiger's nest, paro, thimpu, punakha, haa) providing a car and excellent guide(Deepak and Rohan),arranged is for a stay in Punakha(lobesa resort). Bed sheets were dirty, blankets and pillow were smelly. Road leading up to the hotel was dusty and full of pot holes. Toilet seat and shower head were broken. Staff was very friendly but sanitation was poor.

Excellent location located next to the small downtown area and close to the airport. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was geat. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying here while in Paro.
