I chose this hotel primarily because of its bathroom with a handheld bidet 😂 They allowed us to have an early check-in at 11 am and a late checkout at 1 pm. The bedroom is very comfortable, and the air conditioner is working perfectly despite being an older unit; it was able to keep the room at a chilly 17°C. The location is good, and all of the staff are excellent!
Everything was just great..owners make you feel like you are at home..and they son is a very nice helpful young man. . breakfast was very good and the presentation was.wonderful will stay here on our next visit to Serra Negra for Christmas light show thank you for making our stay 1st class
The pousada is located in Serra Negra, on top of a mountain, close to an important tourist spot in the city, from where paragliders take off. The pousada itself is on a very nice property, next to coffee plantations, with beautiful gardening. I highly recommend it.
The place is quiet and peaceful- exactly what we were looking for. The shower was amazing- I love a good shower- the water flow , plenty of hot water. Rogério was amazing during breakfast and gave us a lot of valuable information about Serra Negra.
It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Clean, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. This is going to be my main Hotel to stay when visiting Serra Negra again.
