I cancelled my booking and left the next day. The hotel confirmed my exit.
I now need a refund for 3 nights.The hotel asked me to claim the Refund from Booking.com
The room was 1.being furnished..patches of paint on the wall.
2. No place to hang clothes at all…not a hook or hanger.
they had an open box,supposedly a cupboard.
They suggested I fold my clothes. How ridiculous.
