Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. Sitting outside was lovely. Rooms were clean and very pleasant, though the firsts room assigned had a broken door lock and appeared more worn out than the room we were moved to. As a Booking.com customer - we don't like to see booking.com customers getting less nice rooms etc for using their discounts. Not Cool. But the hotel did switch our room after the broken lock incident and were perfectly nice about it.

Firstly, there is no “LOCCITANE SPA”, just a small massage room.
The bathroom is stinky, it smells like sewage.
The restaurant is terrible and dirty, the chef tried to innovate and the menu was terrible,
We ordered a pasta with seafood and the smell was so unbearable that we asked for it to be returned, and we left without dinner, it really stank and it was spoiled.
The air conditioning is not good, there is an LED light that illuminates the entire room and makes a lot of noise.
The mini bar in the kitchen, there is no bottle opener, nor any utensils such as plates, or forks, etc.
Complicated.
The blackout curtains don't block the sun and at 6 am we wake up with the sun on our faces.
Breakfast is very poor, with lots of flies, and no cleanliness in relation to the utensils used to pick up the food.
Even the scrambled egg was bad, it looked like porridge, the Poche tasted like vinegar. Damn, the terrible juice.
It didn't save anything, there's nothing to do, there's no luxury, it's not worth the price.Dirt bathtubs!
