A strange mix of Bavarian and Italian immigration processed by a lot of Brazilian immagination. In between a a Bavarian town with scattered pieces of Dysneyland surrounded by waterfalls and araucarias. zillions of restaurants on offer.

Nice town. Parque do Caracol is an expensive place. The teleferico trip is worth it, though the "nature" trail experience was short and negatively impacted by the sound of workers using leaf blowers to blow dead araucaria branches off the grounds. They would have been better off using rakes instead.

We love how quiet, clean and relaxing Canela can be- it’s wonderful for all types of travelers. While the high season has too many tourists and high prices for our taste, the off season is spectacular. I only wish the hotels and pousadas offered more mainstream fidelity points system- we would come here more if they did.
It was an incredible experience! We are widely grateful for our stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic (a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and other central attractions. The crew are amiable and kind, and they pay attention to every single detail that makes our trip memorable. Starting with a glass of sparkling wine, a special good night tea, an incredible breakfast and a so long treat, all moments are special. I vividly recommend booking this experience!
1. The location was good, 20min walk from downtown Canela.

4. The price was not high (though I learned there was a reason for that :/)
Friendly helpful staff. The pool is amazing, nice and warm. Great location and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Great value for money, definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
Great breakfast, nice staff, easy to check in and out, love the location and short distance to downtown Canelas, very good option for lunch and dinner. My kids and nephew love it! The room had enough space for 6 of us.
Warm and cozy contemporary design. Very comfortable beds, good sized rooms. Close enough to walk to Canela center yet further enough to walk off a good fondue meal. All round a very relaxing stay.
Nice hotel the room is big and confortable. With a nice balcony and a view on the park or the lake.
