The staff were very kind and supportive. We had some issues in the first day due to a mismatch between booking.com and the hotel system, so we were placed in a wrong room. Nevertheless, the manager promptly moved us to an appropriate room - after showing several rooms that would fit our reservation category. In addition, the food was great and the restaurant staff were super gentile with us. The food variety was good, with some basic food in the standard menu and others varying every day, such as cakes and sweets. The room had a big fridge, which helped us stocking water bottles and other things.

Amazing city, the landmarks are beautiful. The city is clean, traffic flow by car was good. Lots of green all round the city. We did not have time to try all the various restaurants the city offers. Will come back next time to see more.

Brasilia is a very big and modern city with a lot of things you can see and do and a lot of things to discover. The way they treat nature is very good to see and it is very safe. With the bus and metro you can go to all places.

Brasilia is a very nice city, well organized, with nice restaurants and good places to visit. It is the epicenter of the Brazilian politics, so you have very important buildings you may visit. Culturally, the city is also very interesting, with museums, churches and libraries.

Brasilia is a perfect city for the entire family. It easy to do everything you want, including medical exams. No polution. There are many green parks, including a big one near the hotels. The football stadium is locatec near the main hotels. There are many good restaurants all over. Uber is very easy and not expense because the distances are easy to reach.

Brasilia is a unique place, it's well worth a visit if you like architecture and museums and exploring a planned city. It's very easy to drive around and take pictures and the airport is close to downtown and high class hotels, such as the Royal Tulip, which isn't expensive for foreigners. I enjoyed my time there - expect temperatures of 32C (90F) during the day and 18C (68F) during the night no matter when you visit. I found it to be an exceptionally beautiful place in comparison to other Brazilian cities.
Good location, good clean hotel, good rooftop pool. Can leave bags at the reception after checkout to walk around the city. Checkin for me was fast, just showed them my passport and had the room key in about 3 minutes. But if there is a line that might take longer. Anyway, good place to spend a night.
Hotel was very close to the airport (the main reason for selecting it) but not easily accessible walking. It was late at night and we had to take a taxi. Restaurant and Breakfast was good (not great).
Room was comfortable and clean but a little cramped.

I looked forward to the breakfast every day. The quality and variety were impressive. I was also impressed with the wifi, which was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. The staff were also very friendly and always immediately helpful.
I partially enjoyed my stay at the Cancún Hotel by H Hotéis. The location was excellent, and the staff members were attentive and helpful. While the breakfast was just average, the overall experience was neither negative.
