Beautiful beaches, lovely people, a lot of culture and life, and of course the sea garden. Was there for a while and could be there for much longer. Can use different ways of transport to other places like big cities (sunny beach, Sofia, Plovdiv, Istanbul, Bucharest) or smaller areas with natures and monuments annd botanic gardens etc.
Going to go back, and everyone should visit Varna, the hidden gem

I spent three delightful days in Varna, all in the city center. But there is so much more to do outside of the city--beaches, architectural gems, archeological digs, old icon-filled monasteries, and so much more.

Pretty boring place! The beach was fine. City feels kind of spread out and big and industrial almost- I wouldn't choose to come here again, but my time was fine because of the people I met in my accomodation and because the sea is always nice to have a swim in.

The beach is very good. The view from the beach is nice. The restaurants are very good and not as expensive as one may find in other seaside resorts in Bulgaria. The city centre is a good place for a walk in the evening and for shopping also. The Sea Garden is very nice and big. The port offers various entertainment options and restaurants.
We travelled to Varna to spend New Year's Eve in the city centre and the hotel has the perfect location - you walk out right on the city square where the big celebration is, 10 - 15 minutes wlak from the beach, the railway station, and restaurants and coffee shops. The room is very big and comfortable. We've been travelling 3 people together for some time and this is the first hotel which offers a normal bed for the third adult person. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I had previously been to a 5 stars hotel but my mood there was only 1 star. This hostel has 1 star but my mood there was 5 stars. Yes, it's not super clean there. Yes, it’s noisy there because the seagulls scream like crazy in the morning. Yes, sometimes in the evening the hot water runs out because all wants a shower at the same time , but the people, the people that I met there are more than gold. I had so much fun! Love you Varna, Love you Nomado Hostel !
We stayed at Panorama Hotel for 5 days with a 2 and a half year old kid. Huge praise to the ladies on the reception, especially Violeta who was super super nice.
Also have to say that everything was very clean, the position of the hotel is really great, beach is literally 30 seconds away, few very nice restaurants and bars arround. Also recommendation to visit Golden Sands which is 25mins away with the car.
Room was great - size, location, clean. Breakfast is high quality and rich. Awesome view from the hotel rooms to the sea/ocean. Location is perfect - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. 5-10 minutes walk to delphinarium, 5-10 minutes walk to center. Close to best restaurants, malls, etc. 2 mintutes walk to bus stop for 409 (goes to airport, central bus station, Golden sands, etc)
Hotel has two nice pools. Kids and adults love them. Hidden beach is in a walking distance (max15 mins) but on the way back you need to climb the street up. View is nice. Rooms have "good" size. Owners are very nice people. And...food is delicious!!! If you have special request/have kids - talk to the owner.

Its the third year I return to Ecoclub, and it's never been disappointing. It's one of the most beautiful camping places in Bulgaria. This time I've stayed in one of the bungalows, which are perfectly build and positioned in order to be able to spend the afternoon sleeping, rather than burning alive on the beach.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, at a walking distance from the Varna beach (10mn) and the city center (10mn). The decoration is really original. The room was spacious with sufficient amenities. The hotel has a lift, which is a plus since I was at the 4th floor.
Breakfast varialibility not big, but enough and delicious. Our room was big and quit.
Air conditionig is working properly. The hotel is in a good place, just near the beach, near the bus stop.
