- food not too healthy, most of the dishes are oily, not a lot of options in general and especially for small children. Only one type of soup. The only time there were two, the second one was the Bulgarian cold soup.
- for ultra-all-inclusive, the main restaurant schedule is very short: breakfast from 7:30 until 10:00, lunch from 12:00 until 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 until 21:00. Outside of these intervals, there is a so called "snack bar" with two or three types of junk food.
- drinks are low quality, local brands, and only on plastic cups from dispensers.
- pools with cold water, not very clean, with rusty guard rails.
- as a group with 4 adults and one child, we initially received an apartment with 2 bedrooms (room 2404, 4th floor) which had only one shower in a small bathroom and one extra very small toilet. The view was great, but the bathrooms were unacceptable. The sinks were so tiny that you could barely wash your hands in them.
- after asking for another apartment, we moved to one with the expected two bathrooms with showers (one also with a bathtub), but without a view.
- bathrooms are not very clean. You can see slime and mold in the corners of shower cabins. The water drains a little slowly and the cabins are very small. The cabin doors do not close well, leaving a visible gap on the lower side.
- they have no towels for feet. When I asked at the reception, they told me they can give us two more small towels.
- we found no slippers in our room.
- any room at the second floor promoted as having a sea-side view has almost no view because it is obstructed by another part of the hotel building.
- the doors inside the room/apartment are dated and squeaky, they make a lot of noise when you move them.
- parking at the hotel (underground or not) is myth. The minute you get to the reception you are urged to leave your luggage as soon as possible and guided to a "nearby" parking lot.

This was at the end of the season, with very few guests, so I got a room with a balcony, at an exceptionally low rate. Very spacious and comfortable room, with a little kitchen. The wifi and aircon worked as they should, and I slept well. The hotel is close to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant was the best of those I tested, though. Recommended!

Fabulous beach and safe swimming area, can get very busy during the summer months, lots of restaurants offering different types of food and many bars , food and drink reasonably priced and many places offering Happy hour , Fat cats bar/restaurant is a favourite of ours, Sunny Beach good location to get out and about, Kableshkovo has a weekly market on a Thursday , Nesebar is cultural heritage site and well worth a visit , you can also get boat trips from there , lots of Aqua parks for family fun 😀

Really nice place.
Really nice place. I went in the month of May, during the Ortodox Easter, and it looked like it was the perfect time for a sea side trip: part of the shops were open, beach was very quiet and clean and the prices for small souvenirs were more than decent.

I would return in a heartbeat. Sunny Beach is located in a beautiful setting. Lively and great craic. It is easy to travel around and the Bulgarian people are very friendly. Fantastic weather and lots to do.

It’s a very large beach with lots of people but you have to pay for sun beds and parasols. We stayed at the north end of the beach which was a little less crowded and a lot quieter. Lots of life guards for safety.

Very clean water and beaches, even when there are lot of people it does not feel crowded. Nesebar is very close it is well worth visiting. When you take a taxi, shop around as there are big gaps in between the quotes.

Overpriced and rising, this includes food, drink, merchandise, clothing etc. ok for maybe 2 days as beach is gorgeous. If you like beer monsters, people trying and trying and trying to encourage you daily to get into their establishments then it’s for you. If you want to have a nice break with a bit of culture and history try sozopol or Nessebar. This place is now sadly overrated and over priced
Everything was overaly perfect! The receptionist was very nice and willing to help. Cleaners were also sweet, they cleaned our room regurarly. The apartment was big and comfy. The view was amazing. Nice and quiet place to stay and relax, literaly. Also the pool was nice. The access to beach was also great and easy, about 10-15 minutes by walk to Sunny Beach or 20 minutes to Sveti Vlas beaches - Nice morning walks.
I recommend this hotel to everybody who is not into loud Sunny Beach area.
It was such a delightful stay beyond expectations! Great management, huge resort area, well-maintained gardens, beautiful relax zones, 8 amazing and clean pools, everything needed for a great holiday. There are also different activities for everyone which is great for entertainment.It is like a private oasis comparing to every hotel in Sunny beach and its dirty and ugly center and old hotels.

Friendly family run business just outside the hustle and bustle of sunny beach but within easy walking distance to supermarkets, shops and bars. Villa Sol is an excellent accommodation with a lovely private pool area for guests. The restaurant in Villa Sol is amazing. We ate there two nights in a row and Drago, Nina and family delivered very high quality food at very low prices. Would strongly recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories!!
Everything. I was staying at the imperial hotel round the corner and didn’t like it. So took a chance on this and glad I did. Spotless, beds are comfy, kitchen is gorgeous, balcony is big, air conditioning is great. Food places and pharmacy around the area and beach a 2 min walk. Would come again. Im usually very fussy but enjoyed it here.
Nice apartment in the central-cozy part of Sunny Beach. There was everything we needed. AirCon in both rooms is rare on Sunny beach and a big plus. Nice view and pool area. The accommodation is also a part of another big residence complex, where we enjoyed huge pool area attractions and garden. Attentive host. Very recommended
Everything, the atmosphere is the best and if you really want to have fun and chill out I think this is one of the best option.

Also the music, cocktails and drinks (in general) are good, a lot better than the average for All Inclusive hotels in Bulgaria.
This hotel is overall a perfect value for money, and actually beyond my expectations. Located in a very good place, 5-6 mins by walking to heart of the Sunny Beach. Hotel Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay again in my second visit.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and in a quiet area between Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The room was spacious and well equipped and there was extra bedding and towels provided. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Owner was also very responsive to any questions during our stay.
Did not have breakfast as not hungry , but from what I saw others have it looked lovely , it’s quite away from the centre of sunny beach but that did us fine and buses run regularly and the hotel has the times pinned up on the wall , there are a couple of supermarkets at the bottom of the road too
The hotel was a five minute walk from the beach. There were many 24/7 food stands and supermarkets nearby. It is in the quieter part of Sunny beach, which is good if you are looking to rest. The hotel owner is very helpful. We did not have a clothes drying rack and it was brought within the hour.
It is the best located hotel at Sunny Beach plus comfortable and beautiful. It is not a big hotel for hundreds of guests, but a precisely proportioned, human-scale hotel where you can stay for a shorter or longer stay at any time of the year.
