the hotel exceeded our expectations. I had worries about all of spa facilities working because we were there out of season but everything was working and it was great. The facilities are top of line, there is a big swimming pool in which you can actually swim. The staff was very very kind which is very very rare in this country. They gave us free dinners for both nights that we were there. There is complimentary snacks at the lobby every afternoon. Also free hot, soft and even draft beer at the spa. The hotel really deserves the 5 star rating. I was so pleasantly surprised. Definitely will come back again. There were even condoms in the room ;)

Positives:
1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up.
2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice.
3) They let us change rooms, which was nice.
4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.
