Lozenets itself is not good - extremely overcrowded, parking is hell, not enough and mostly very basic restaurants, but the nature is awesome, the beaches are very good and the service was good at the places where we went. A good destination for a 2-3 days escape, not so much for a longer stay.

All a man need is nearly situated, you do not have to walk long distances. The food i've tried in three restaurants was top class, prices were good and normall. You have nice beaches aroud. Good for young pairs and for parents with small children. Quiet during the day and at night, as well as well secured, no criminality at all. Good and friendly staff. I recommend it as one very good experience.
The property is nice, but the dinner in same evenings were very bad, very poor. Because of a heavy storm and rain the pool was flooded, the elevator was broken, no electricity. We understood the emergency, but we did not feel any attention from the major staff, everything took very long time to be fixed. We asked the hotel manager to hel us to find another pool( it was one right near our hotel, but she told us that it was impossible!)
It is clean! It has air conditioning, the location is perfect - near the beach, the staff is super friendly, the building itself has a yard around it with trees and benches and swings which is super cool (unlike others that are packed) and what was most important for me was the parking spots in front of the hotel 🅿️ (I hate crowded places with no parking spots so having a spot saved for me was mesmerizing).
The property was very clean. Rooms were very nice and stylish. Everything else was basics. One can pay to use the breakfast from the hotel next door or eat breakfast on the beach from Pastel. Location is good if you want to park your car and not drive anywhere else till the rest of your vacation. Navigation is difficult in Lozenets.
The hotel, However the receptionist was extremely unpleasant. She wanted me to pay the room one more time ! She was insisting that I pay cash for the room when it was all payed in booking. We had the most horrible check-out! One hour of trying to show the payment and finally the manager came to resolve the issue!
Cozy hotel on a quite street close to the center and to the beach. Nice garden. The studio had balcony with a place for sitting outside. Pets friendly, which was very important for us. The hotel has reserved parking spots on the street, which is very convenient for travelers with a car.
The hotel is very nice, clean and the view of the sea is fantastic. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. You feel at home. The home made breakfasts that can be ordered are rich and tasty, clearly made with love. Highly recommend it. Will come again one day.
The location was great (2 minutes walk from the beach). There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area and as a guest you get a discount in the hotel's restaurant. The balcony had a nice view and you could hear the sea at night (it was very quiet too).
It is a very nice place to stay and enjoy the holiday in Lozenets Bulgaria. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. The included breakfast was very delicious. It is in front of the beach which is very cool.
The view was amazing you could spend all the time on the balcony. The beach is really close and suprisingly empty right before the hotel. I also enjoyed swimming in the clean pool of the hotel.
