The location was great (2 minutes walk from the beach). There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area and as a guest you get a discount in the hotel's restaurant. The balcony had a nice view and you could hear the sea at night (it was very quiet too).

Lozenets itself is not good - extremely overcrowded, parking is hell, not enough and mostly very basic restaurants, but the nature is awesome, the beaches are very good and the service was good at the places where we went. A good destination for a 2-3 days escape, not so much for a longer stay.

All a man need is nearly situated, you do not have to walk long distances. The food i've tried in three restaurants was top class, prices were good and normall. You have nice beaches aroud. Good for young pairs and for parents with small children. Quiet during the day and at night, as well as well secured, no criminality at all. Good and friendly staff. I recommend it as one very good experience.
Absolutely very nice Villa, everything is new, well thought, the area is perfect and beautiful. The room size is enough, not too big, more like in hotels, but everything works well. We like the inside Villa Garage which is perfect for the car in summer. Also the pool with heated water was just amazing. Breakfast was good, maybe not great, but this is Villa and not a big hotel. As for the area - it is a walking distance from the Centre, but you need to pass some road w/o lights, so we used the car anyway.
The room was very clean, comfy and well maintained. The main beach of Lozenets is on 3-5 minutes walking distance. Beach Koral is also in a walking distance. The hosts were very polite and responsive. I founded very good and fast reaction whenever I had a request or needed help for something. I do highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to relax in a clean place, close to the beach and without all the noise from the center of Lozenets. The price is one of the best in the region.
It is clean! It has air conditioning, the location is perfect - near the beach, the staff is super friendly, the building itself has a yard around it with trees and benches and swings which is super cool (unlike others that are packed) and what was most important for me was the parking spots in front of the hotel 🅿️ (I hate crowded places with no parking spots so having a spot saved for me was mesmerizing).
The staff was always helpful and very friendly. Our apartment was with a sea view. ARGO Aparthotel has a private swimming pool, and a walkway directly to the beach and is very conveniently located when going out to Lozenets. The flat had air-conditioning in each room and all necessary amenities. We were provided with a marked parking spot for our car.
Very delighted for choosing this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room were cleaned every time we went for the breakfast. Specious and nicely decorated room and comfortable bed. Good quality foods at the restaurant like also from breakfast buffet. Must try pizza its exactly the same as in Italy. Definitely will be back there at some stage
The property was very clean. Rooms were very nice and stylish. Everything else was basics. One can pay to use the breakfast from the hotel next door or eat breakfast on the beach from Pastel. Location is good if you want to park your car and not drive anywhere else till the rest of your vacation. Navigation is difficult in Lozenets.
the director of the hotel is very abrasive and rude against foreigner not talent Al alll bad behaving the studio is far to the beach not beach front as the show , the room not more then 30 sqm not 43 as they show . very bad furnitures and small bed not even for one person , I regret that I came here
Cozy hotel on a quite street close to the center and to the beach. Nice garden. The studio had balcony with a place for sitting outside. Pets friendly, which was very important for us. The hotel has reserved parking spots on the street, which is very convenient for travelers with a car.
