View of the room is amazing just endless blue water. The alley between Royal Park and Royal bay was good for family walks and the aqua park was good but there is no food in it.

Great location directly on the Black Sea. Convenient location for restaurants, shopping, local water parks. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace view.
No beach at the hotel at all!You find a dirty beach in 500 m but you cant use it because nobody Look after this beach .It leave to die and a lot of mess!The staff in restaurant dont Smile and dont help you.Aqua Park is a totaly mess.Is not working only half part.Nobody clean the room,nobody change the towel.Pools are with cold water No warm at all and the spa is not working !The rooms are beautiful but the facility it doesnt exist!

i like the decor the best. the worst thing was the food. Rabbit, chicken wings and fish fingers are not my idea of main course. lack of maintenence and staff very apparent. theres nothing else there tbh. no variety of shops ect.

Elenite is nice. It's worth visiting for families with kids. There are a lot of hotel resorts in ELENITE on the beach.There are also a lot of restaurants in Elenite with a variety of food, We've chosen to eat at the hotel were we stayed because we had all inclusive. Anyway the food is very good.

I find it normal to not be allowed to use hotel towels at the beach. I saw some people complaining about it, I find it reasonable. The Villas rooms are simple, but have everything they need. We had a person cleaning our room almost everyday.
You have enough food so you don't really need a shop, but if you still need one, there is an ALDO supermarket very close to the resort. besides, there are small shops round the resort.
It really was a 5 stars hotel. But this was in 2005… Now only the restaurant keeps the rating.
The initial plan was fantastic. Yearly maintenance and the small things to repair becomes too visible across the time. It’s not extremely bad, but it’s enough for saying “Good for one time only”.
In this moment the poor investments and the missing maintenance becomes visible.
So if our holiday was good enough, I am not confortable to recommend the place because of the ignorance in keeping the 5 stars rating.
We spent 4 nights in a clean and cozy villa. The place is very quiet and perfect for a family vacation with a golden retriever. There is a direct road to Elenite beach, 5 minutes walk. There is no daily villa cleaning, but this was OK for us in this Covid times. Our dog was happy, we have been happy as well. We hope to return and stay more.
We stayed in the penthouse three bedroom apartment. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, big bathroom with shower. Spacious terrace, all rooms with air conditioning. Extremely comfortable beds with super soft mattress. The hotel is right on the beach and has elevator to the apartment. Nelly, the host, was very friendly and helpful
The place was quiet except for the 2 occasions where the nearby hotels were shooing fireworks.
There was plenty of space in front of the house but that really depends on the house you are in. The beach is 5-10 mins by foot on a pedestrian zone. There are a couple of pools that can be used freely.
The service and the accommodation were great. Great variety of food on all courses. The "All inclusive" option is really worth it when it comes to food and beverages. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The staff is nice and responsive.
Overall - it is a good option for families.
Villas are comfy and spacey. Place is quite and peaceful, like island of tranquility surrounded by madness of Sunny beach crowded area. Hosts are polite and helpful- they changed our apartment to villa. Villas are OK as location.
There is only one good thing about Elenite and it is the location. The actual resort is like a ghost town, neglected and abandoned. The beach is beautiful, but dirty and unsafe, no lifeguards…
the remaining 5 nights we were upgraded to ultra all inclusive to Royal Castle. we liked staying in villa there . Downsides: Glass allowed near swimming pool and the room was not cleaned once.
The location of the hotel and the overall view of it is beautiful and luxurious. Staff were lovely and friendly. The steam valve in the shower is a lovely touch, never seen that before.

The hotel have a lot of activities, like a pools and slides. Room also was good with a big bed and one small couch for children.The staff was very friendly and very polite.
the thing that made us come back this year is the location of the hotel, which is right on the beach, which means you can easily arrive to the beach and back in the hotel.
This place is so amazing I can't find words to describe it! It is an experience you need to have in this lifetime, I have never been to such am amazing hotel❤️❤️❤️
