The room was very spacious and all was really clean (nice when you have to habit of walking barefoot). All standard amenities were provided, such as tea/coffee making facility, little fridge (with freezer compartment!), two tables, two chairs and an armchair, a separate large and sturdy suitcase bench next to the closet (which is a pleasant bonus one doesn't always get) and of course a modern flat-screen television and free Wi-Fi.
The owners are really friendly and spare no effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Firstly, I found the hotel's location to be convenient and easily accessible from the bus station, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free.
Additionally, the room, although not entirely perfect, was almost clean, which is certainly appreciated. It's important to acknowledge when there are efforts made to maintain cleanliness.
Lastly, I had a positive encounter with a member of the breakfast team. They went out of their way to assist us by arranging a taxi, displaying kindness and helpfulness during our stay.
From the friendly and helpful guy who checked us in and all the staffs. They are heplful, kind, approachable, and even did extra miles like the other guy who sent the food in our room. It wasn't his job bit he did it. The fine lady who let us borrowed utensils. Room is tidy, bedsheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is superb! We will definitely come back here when we visit Genk again!
We stayed comfortably here because rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen was furnished well, the bathroom was clean. Supermarket and restaurants/bars are nearby and you can walk here from Genk station. We highly recommend this apartment and appreciate the owner's hospitality!
The host looked after me from the minute I arrived in Genk and made sure that I was able to get to all my business locations during my stay. The room was comfortable and breakfast excellent. My host went that extra mile to make sure I was catered for fully.
I've stayed at the M hotel several times now (for work purposes). The room I got allocated on this most recent trip was the best one so far. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and overseeing the lake and the bathroom was nice and modern.

Clean, comfy :) everything good only my expectation was two person bed-not two single beds connected together , at night they spreading . The rest was really nice, location is perfect! Even “polish shop” next to the hotel ;)
