I will rate 10 on 10 for the location of this property. Airport pickup was available on payment. Breakfast included with the room rent and it was sufficient for a traveler. Quality of food was quite excellent. Restaurant's BBQ portion was amazing. In a word, all the tour members were fully satisfied with this tour.

Cox's Bazar,world largest sea beach.its clean, friendly & decent people around,you could walking to beach at 🌃. There some places u could travel Sent Martin's island&Irani beach.sea food is great,&u can enjoy live BBQ.wish u everyone's a pleasure journeys.
It was actually good. I really liked the environment. And the swimming pool was so much amazing than i thought it would be. The hallways were neat and clean, and i really like the room of this hotel. The beds were so comfy and the view was fabulous! I also enjoyed the food of Kasbah and Pranzi. And the infinite pool was awesome because at night the pool looks more beautiful. So, after all I love this hotel.

You hotel assets day by day going old. your cleaning and service staff are really mother ..... level. They have no good manner to talk with guest. even breakfast menu are not so tasty. five star hotel level service should provide. your administration should aware and seriously follow cleaning and service department.
The view from the Sea View rooms are still amazing. The staffs were polite and tried to make our stay comfortable (Shout out to Mijan). The pool is nice but too crowded most of the time. Also, there is a waterpark located just by the hotel which is nice to have. Also there is a dedicated swimming pool for women.
Everyone very friendly and helpful. I booked regular AC room, they give me an Air Condition sea view family room with wonderful sea view with hot water shower. They thought about our necessity which is very rare in this highly commercial cultured city cox's bazar.
At first BBQ zone & BBQ items, food was so much delicious & fun and stuff behaviour great, outstanding.
I think for family, hotel kollol is the best hotel & place. And everyone should be enjoy their evening time with BBQ.
The behavior of the staff is not that good. It is better not to talk about the service. Very bad situation. I will avoid this hotel if I go to Cox's Bazar next time.
