The room was very clean & comfortable. The facilities were modern and considering it is on a main hwy it was extremely quiet. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that it had a gym to access.

I loved the location, the room and the restaurant. It is also great that this is right next to the Pier Bandroom which hosts a lot of events.

Breakfast, snacks and drinks provided were great. Great location, good view and walking distance to everything in the CBD of Frankston. Secure car park is convenient considering some of the "wildlife" in Frankston.

Loved all the little touches that made the property feel so welcoming. It’s a fun, eclectic (yet modern) interior with everything you need to have a fantastic stay, including pantry items like olive oil, spices etc. There were games (both board games and outside options like soccer) available, everything was presented beautifully, it was easy to access the property and the location was great right near the ocean where we went for a walk along the road. Even though it’s near the highway you don’t hear the traffic at all given how far back the property is set on the block which was great. The host was excellent and communicated everything in such a timely manner, everything was lovely and clean, and the amenities like the coffee machine and microwave were a bonus so we could do a nice breakfast for ourselves. Loved our stay!
I liked the drink voucher per person per room
It was a nice welcoming gesture
comfortable bed
nice towels and toiletries
nice shower but the hot water cuts out after a short time
There was'nt any air conditioning in second bedroom, unless you left the main bedroom door open
Outside the entrance way it looked like, it hadnt been swept for a long time-that wasnt a very nice welcome to the room-made me feel yucky
no outside sitting area and no BBQ area

Seaford is conveniently located only and hour from Melbourne...
Seaford is conveniently located only and hour from Melbourne airport, at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Its quiet, yet still provides everything you need. Watching the sunset on the beach is a must!
Last minute decision to drive to Victoria, we needed to be at the hotel by 10pm as they closed for the weekend due to long weekend and thankfully the manager accommodated us as waited for us until we arrived, we reached the accommodation at 10:30pm. But that was really great of him, the location of the property were great for us as we were planning to explore this end of Victoria.
I loved the location. shops nearby. the hotel had a bistro children’s playground and there was an alcohol outlet there too if you needed something. the laundromat was within 5 minutes walk the rooms were a great size. free wifi and ability to order food and have delivered was very helpful.
We loved our stay, Donna had thought of all the personal touches that you never get in the big hotels. So relaxing, peaceful and perfect location. Thanks for a wonderful stay, just perfect.
Perfection! Beautiful accomodation, amazing friendly hosts, across the road from the beach, walking distance to Seaford RSL. Gelato shop was a hit with the kids.
