Everything was perfect and even beyond expectation! very pleasant english speaking host /staff, spacious comfortable rooms wit big sunny terrace, exceptional inclusive leisure facilities for this size of hotel (spa, indoor and outdoor pool, private small beach on nearby lake, fitness room), amazing breakfast with excellent choice and amazing home made apfel/cheese strudel and sachertorte. location is just 10mins with car to Salzburg with big parking available.

It is a residential town so not much atmosphere or amenities...
It is a residential town so not much atmosphere or amenities other than hotels. It suited us very well as it was very peaceful. Driving or taxi into Salzburg is the best option. Otherwise a bus or taxi to an out of town shopping centre plus a bus from there.
We parked out the out of town shopping centre for dinner and got a parking ticket. It was not well advertised that we should have paid for parking.
Nothing to do with the hotel but be warned!

This hotel is owned by family and they are so friendly. I met the mom, daughter and son. They are accommodating. They are so nice and they keep checking on us. The place is very clean and breakfast is awesome. It has omelet, a lot of pastries. It has safe box.supermarket Bella is 10 minutes with car. Iron is available upon request. Big closet space.
Only one thing it needs USB outlet in the room and the lobby needs air freshener and fresh air.
Everything! We traveled all around Austria and this was our favorite B&B. Breakfast was fabulous. The mother and daughter hosts are incredible. So kind and helpful. We stayed our first night and knew we wanted to return the following weekend. All rooms were booked, but they told me to email for a cancelation, and sure enough, a room became available and we spent our final 3 nights in Austria here.
Beautiful hotel....was clean, spacious, excellent breakfast included in the price of lodging. The spiesegarten served excellent food and beverages at a reasonable price. After sightseeing we came back to the hotel for dinner. We loved the garlic soup with croutons and weinerschnitzel. Highly recommend this place.
This hotel is a great option for accommodation near Salzburg airport. The room was spacious and had a large balcony. Check in was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The lady who served us insisted my husband order some eggs despite us being short of time and they appeared very quickly and were delicious.
We wish this hotel and the staff were closer to America so we could visit often. It was the best part of our trip! The owners have thought about everything for their guests’ comfort and enjoyment. The pools, the rooms, the and the amenities were all above and beyond what we expected. Loved it!

The rooms are clean and spacious with a traditional design. The hotel has restaurant with really good local dishes. The breakfast was generous. The neighborhood is silent, the city centre of Salzburg is a 15 minute drive by car.

Everything was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the room spacious and fully equipped. The late check-out was really convenient. Safe parking just outside the hotel was also great.
