The attention to detail and the warmth of Arthur and Ingrid and Lise. It was a memorable 2 days and I hope to go back someday . The restaurant too was excellent and the waiter ( i don’t recall his name ) was exceptional.

The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm.

I did not visit Schlitters as such, I was there to ski in the Zillertal valley. This hotel i in the beginning of the valley so nearest resort is Fugen that is about 10min in a car from the hotel with free parking. Then there are several options all the way to Hintertux (45min). All ski resorts offer free parking. There is also a Super Ski Pass for the whole valley that one can buy.
Great view from the window. Wide balcony. The room itself is spacious and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of dishes, pans, and pots. All furniture is new and tastefully chosen, with a comfortable bed. They provided a crib and a high chair for feeding for the child for free.
Free parking right next to the building, and the train station is just 1 minute away from the hotel, which is very, very convenient. There is also a separate room for skis and snowboards.
A great hotel, modern, clean and very functional. Location was good, you'll need a car to get around the area or you can catch the train as the train station is very conveniently at your doorstep. Facilities are quite new and good communication from the hosts. Everything you need to know about your apartment / hotel is in an information pack which you receive prior to arriving. I would recommend staying here

Nice central position in the wee town of Schlitters, only a short walk from a supermarket and other shops. Easy walk to the stunning swimming lake - absolutely beautiful place to spend a day.
Perfectly clean and cosy hotel, very friendly staff, tasty Austrian food and good service in the restaurant. Calm environment, easy to reach the slopes. Easy parking just in front, spacious ski room available. All for very reasonable price. We have greatly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel.
