The thing we loved the most about our stay was the excellent staff of the hotel. Specially NAZMUL who cleaned our room and even made a little extra touch by designing an elephant towel and the kids loved it.He even checked if we need anything else. He was very nice and courteous and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also the Restaurant staff are great specially DILYANI,they gave us complimentary birthday cake and made my husband feel special. Also, JESSICA the healthclub/pool staff are very attentive and nice. She is very knowledgeable of her job and made our pool experience more safe and enjoyable.The staff of Ramada Ajman Beach Hotel are at par one of the best team when it comes to hospitality compared to so many other hotels we have stayed so far. Remember Ajman is an emirate in its own right and has relaxed social rules but still people need to respect that this is an Islamic country and avoid creating situations where you may be seen to be a trouble maker. Show respect dress and behave sociably and respectfully and you will enjoy your stay and will be accepted by the locals.

It was a good experience overall.
It was a good experience overall. However, the rooms we booked were not available (king rooms). They were offering us twin rooms during check in instead and we were two couples and specifically had booked king rooms for that very reason. If the rooms aren’t available then it shouldn’t be available to be booked by the hotel. This was highly unacceptable that too from a hotel like Ajman Saray and on NYE. They had compensated us with complimentary breakfast for two but it was still very unsatisfactory.

It's a giant building site.
It's a giant building site. Getting into/out of Dubai is a minimum of 1-2 hours (120-190 AED) by taxi and the driving is very very poor. Not recommended for nervous passengers.
The pollution levels there are high - possibly due to the building work.
There isn't much to do there aside from stay in the hotel or visit the museum. It's cheap(ish) winter sun but I would not return.

A wonderful stay with lots of members of staff to be mentioned , everyone works very hard, nothing is too much to ask, always available to help, Always smilling that's most important! Very efficient specially Birdy on front desk a name must have to be mentioned... from check in till checkout always kind, helpful and respectful. He upgrades both our room with late checkout. Each time we use to walk past reception he smiles, wave and lit if time just stand up out of respect. Beach is very clean, lots n lots if shops around including many eat out options on walking distance. Water activities on beach leads by very friendly team. No entertainment in hotel but it didn't bother us, atmosphere is calm around hotel and food much much better than I expected in al inclusive hotels for the price we pay for. Some stuff like hot chocolate aren't including which is bit disappointing , all in all we a great holiday.

Having spent New Years in Dubai, we decided to get away to Ajman this year. It did not disappoint. The night was well organised and the food and entertainment was excellent. So much attention to detail, and this was suitable for couples and families.
The hotel itself is very modern with very good facilities and outstanding service.
The hospitality of the hotel is very warm and enterprising. It's was a pleasure to stay at Ramada

The property has a very nice beachfront private area. It is very affordable compared to other hotel with beachfront. The staff is all approachable. I love the view on the beach and the sand was more fine than other beach hotel. there spa and shop inside where you can buy beachwear stuffs.

There is no point in a good point from this property. They show another image and rented the worst apartment. they are the worst hotel in the UAE.NEVER EVER I WILL BOOK ANY ROOM THROUGH BOOKING.COM OR IN THIS HOTEL. I WAS MADE TO SLEE INSIDE THE CAR DUE TONUNAVIALABILITY OF BED.
