Spacious and stylish. The room was huge with a separate living room space. Really comfortable. Lovely to have nice toiletries as well. Staff were helpful and considerate. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport.

Easy pickup and drop off at the airport with the shuttle service. The hot coffee after a long day of travel was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was also modern and we loved the lotion, body wash, etc.

I loved the convenience of the location, clean facilities and exceptional customer service. The two shuttle drivers were particularly friendly and jovial as was the front desk manager.

I was stuck as my flight was cancelled, so the location was great. The hotel was very nice, staff was friendly. Ihad to get up early so I didn't have breakfast. I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport, it really helped alot.

Location is good when you are coming from CLT Airport as they have a shuttle going (even though that's nothing special as all other hotels around are offering the same)
