Great view over the pond. Love airplanes. Husbands a private pilot so watching them take off & land was great. Love the architecture of the buildings.

Located in Nelson, 5.1 miles from Christ Church Cathedral, The Honest Lawyer, Ascend Hotel Collection has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Our room was a lovely quiet & comfortable 'little cottage' overlooking a lovely lawn and bay, The continental breakfast was ideal for us. Had a fantastic stone grilled rump steak which I cooked myself at the table in the restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer

Studio on Parkers is located in Nelson, just a 16-minute walk from Tahunanui Beach and 3.5 miles from Christ Church Cathedral. Room was spacious for 2 people and well maintained. Very clean room and towels. Instructions inside the room and for check-in were clear and helpful. Parking was convenient and right outside the room. The host very sweetly left the heater on so that the room was cosy when we checked-in late at night. They also left a small bottle of milk which came in handy. Beach towels were a plus.
