The boat is lovely and the crew was simply amazing: resourceful, knowledgeable, and just truly passionate about the Sounds. Dinner was great and we got to see half a dozen dolphins in the morning, playing around the boat while we sailed across the waterfalls...Thank you for an amazing experience!!

EcoScapes is located in 16 mi from the center of Glenorchy and offers transport to the Routeburn Track, which is 11 mi from the property. The lodge has beautiful mountain view. The staff were friendly. We met with the owner when we were having breakfast. She is so friendly. We only stayed for 2 nights. Wish we stayed there longer. Breakfast was delicious. I requested a small of salad on my breakfast and the chef added in. Thank you so much , we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this property was exceptional. Very pleased we made a last minute decision to stay here. Only wish we could have stayed longer than the 2 nights we had. Glenorchy Retreat Apartment offers accommodations in Glenorchy, 22 miles from Lake Wakatipu and 28 miles from Skyline Gondola and Luge. Instructions were clear and the apartment was nice and clean. The bed could be a bit softer but I still managed to have a good night sleep.

A very special lodge, everything made by the host. Very clean. Very friendly people. And the garden is wonderfull! If your looking for a place to stay in this area, this is a very good choice!
