The room was well prepared for our arrival. The towels and bed linen were very clean and almost new. The beds were solid. We arrived late, so we were provided with a self check-in instructions which were clear and fairly simple. The communicstion with Chiara was exceptional. She is a very professional and kind person.

Because we had to be at the airport super early, they packed a "breakfast" to go for us!
